HOW TO USE

Step 1. Whether you wear powder foundation, a liquid foundation or no foundation at all, create the base for your blush.

Step 2. Swirl your blush brush or your fingers into the powder, tapping off any excess. Apply lightly to the apples of your cheeks and/or cheekbones.
